Every pair we craft will be different from the last. Expect subtle differences from the imagery shown on the website - this is very much the beauty about handmade and hand dyed. 

If you're unsure what size you should buy we offer a 30 day returns policy, providing the shoes are returned to us in an unworn and resellable condition within this time. We will offer a remake on any of our design your own products and a refund or exchange on any of our ready to wear range. Unfortunately any pair created with a monogram inscription will be non returnable and not eligible for a remake or refund.

We highly recommend you always keep a set of cedarwood shoe trees inside your shoes whenever they're not on your feet. 

It is important that you feed the leather with Saphir Creme Surfine polish regularly to ensure that they are well nourished with a healthy glow from the beeswax.
