A HDSCo update on COVID-19

In light of the current circumstances regarding Coronavirus, we want to update and reassure all our valued customers of the precautions and measures we’re putting in place here at HDSCo for our safety and your confidence.

We’re currently working to reschedule all appointments until Monday 6th April and will be reassessing the situation, following advice of WHO (World Health Organisation) and the government as time progresses. If you have not been able to rearrange your appointment as of yet, or wish to reschedule beyond this date, please contact us.

While Simon and Laura will be working at home, Lauren will be working in our studio as necessary, to dispatch your orders in isolation. We think this to be the best course of action we can take to protect ourselves, families and our customers. We, like many others, have loved ones who fall into the government advised ‘vulnerable people’ category and will continue to take measures to keep everyone safe throughout these uncertain times.

To our customers who are currently anticipating receiving orders, we will continue to keep lines of communication with our workshops to monitor the progress of production and maintain transparency with you all as we endeavour to fulfil all orders.

All orders will be dispatched, as always, with DPD. Who have assured us a number of precautionary steps are in place to protect their team as well as the public. These measures include intensified protocol around hygiene and no contact deliveries, whereby drivers may leave parcels in designated safe locations or place the parcel down and photograph evidence of delivery (to remove the need for customers to sign handheld devices).

As a small business, we need your help! If you’re considering purchasing and we already have your measurements please support us through this time by contacting us to place your order. You can search for your perfect pair with our inspiration page.

We have implemented a number of processes, should you wish to conduct a design consultation with us from a remote location, including video conference appointment via Zoom and messaging.

Simon will be contactable via whatsapp, through our website. We’ll continue to stay social and would like to invite you to connect with us on our Facebook, Instagram and Blog, where we’ll be sharing creativity, positivity and inspiration.

Kindness is also contagious, so stay safe and look after each other as we’re all in this together. For more information on what you can do to stay safe through Coronavirus, follow government advice.

Love, HDSCo Team.
